Meeting our customer’s needs, improving our production process, and developing the talents of our employees, are the ways

— customers, employees, suppliers, and the community in which we operate.
Union Packaging is constantly looking for ways to improve operational practices and processes, thus cutting cost. Often
the line-workers are the best source for developing process improvement skills. UP has committed capital to training to
improve our process. We have found that this investment pays for itself very quickly in cost savings and in improved quality
and service.
UP is creating manufacturing career opportunities for a diverse community. Of our 70 employees, over 80% are African-American.
We have treated our physical environment with respect and have committed to be a very clean printing process by using water-based
non-solvent inks. Our workplace is safe and our employee benefits package is excellent. In addition, UP’s President has taken his
